My love for cooking…

My love for cooking started when I was very young. My grandmother was an amazing cook and my love for cooking grew from her. I hope my grandchildren learn to love cooking as much as I do.

Some of my beautiful Grandchildren!

I remember experimenting with odd ingredients, trying to create something new. Sometimes it was awful (soy sauce meatloaf, yuck) and other times it turned out amazing.

I am what people call a home-cook with no formal training, but through trial and error, I’ve learned different flavor combinations, and I’m getting better at plating too!

We’re currently traveling full-time and with that I have the opportunity to try new food. Which means new recipes.

Today we’re taking a road trip to Norman, Oklahoma and Oklahoma City to see what the locals are eating. I’ll update you soon!
